Virtual Coaching: The Process

Book 1-Hour Coaching Call
Select a day and time that fits your schedule. Bring your tidying or design challenges and ideas and show me your space over camera.

Work Together
We’ll work together one-on-one over Zoom up to 1 hour. Work includes customized solutions such as space planning suggestions, folding demonstrations, and practical tips to suit your needs.

Meet Stefanie
I’m Stefanie, founder, and lead designer at Neat Victory. I love helping individuals and families organize their way to a calmer, easier lifestyle where they can find what they’re looking for.
Together with my husband and our 2 boys, we squeeze in as many fun things as we can into our days. We love to travel, but our favourite place in the world is home. Since as far back as I can remember, I’ve been fascinated about how the design of a space shapes our experience. This led me to a 15-year career as a professional engineer, and now to a certified KonMari Consultant®, trained by Marie Kondo.
The work we do is exciting because the magic of tidying is profound: by intentionally choosing what you keep, you can shape your surroundings to reflect your values and create the lifestyle you desire. Your home should uplift you and support you to achieve your goals. You should feel in control at home, and find more time enjoying life instead of being overburdened by everything piling up.
